Cancellation Policy
All bookings need a 40% guarantee deposit in order to reserve the room(s) for you.
The rest of the total amount will be paid upon arrival.
For non-refundable rates the full amount is paid during reservation.
Smoking
All the rooms are non-smoking rooms. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms.
Insurance
The hotel highly advises that you buy Comprehensive Travel Insurance. We recommend that the policy cover, but not be limited to, the following coverages: loss of payment due to cancellation, loss or damage to personal baggage, and medical costs.
Exclusion of Liability
The hotel is not responsible for any stolen goods, items, or other guest property. It is your responsibility to secure your belongings and valuable items. In the event that any of the guest belongings are stolen, they must tell the hotel manager so that the police can be notified as soon as possible.
In the private parking space inside the hotel premises, it is understood and acknowledged that the hotel will not be held liable for the safety of the guests' vehicles and that the guests must have the appropriate insurance in place to protect against theft, damage, and other risks to the vehicles.
You are responsible for any damage you or any member of your group, whether or not they were guests at the hotel during your stay, cause to the room(s), hotel premises, or property. We reserve the right to contact you if this damage is discovered after the guest has checked out, and you hereby authorize us to charge your credit card for any damage to your room or Hotel property that occurred while you were a guest.
The hotel rejects all responsibility for any loss, whether financial or otherwise, delay in travel, injury, damage, additional expenses, or inconvenience brought on directly or indirectly by any occurrences outside of our control.
Inappropriate Behavior
The hotel has a policy that states that all of its visitors have the right to be treated with respect and decency. The hotel has the right to take action against a guest if the Duty Manager deems their behavior to be inappropriate.
We may, at any time, and at our sole discretion, modify these Terms and Conditions of Use, with or without notice to the User.
